me llamo david, soy estudiante de sociología y encontré su blog enlazado desde la pagina de anarkia.cl.
me alegra haber encontrado este espacio por que presisamente hoy y hasta hace unas horas atras trabajaba haciendo un reemplazo como reponedor para lider bio bio (en concepcion) atravez de la empresa externa "best select" que a la vez le presta servivios a "unilever".
mi reemplazo termino abruptamente hoy cuando increpe a un guardia de seguridad que me trato de forma vejatoria cuando finalizaba mi jornada laboral.
el tema creo no pasa simplemente como un mero echo casual entre dos trabajadores. no es una disputa común entre pares, si no una relación asimétrica de poder entre un trabajador y un perro guardián de los intereses patronales.
anteriormente trabaje dos años en home center y jamas vi que los guardias de seguridad tuviesen tantas atribuciones.
solo en un sistema autoritario y dictatorial, un encargado de la seguridad puede hacer el papel de capataz.
en mis 3 semanas de trabajar en LIDER me di cuanta con asombro y trastesa como guardias ejercen con arbitrariedad y despoticamente su poder ante personal que por ser externo no tiene a quien reclamar.
se puede decir que en LIDER los jefes de el personal externo son un tipo particular de patron uniformados, corpulentos y armados, son ellos quienes deciden si tu presentación personal es "aceptable" para entra a la sala, son ellos los que están siempre atentos a las conductas de los externos y vigilando siempre a travez de las omnipotentes lentes de las cámaras de seguridad.
por suerte para mi, no dependo de un trabajo, no tengo una familia que alimentar y perder un puesto laboral eventual no es una tragedia mayor en mi caso y en consecuencia defenderme de la humillación de uno de los matoncitos del patrón me resulto con cierta soltura. sin embargo para un trabajador que tiene una familia que alimentar no debe ser tan tentador defender sus derechos cuando la fuente laboral esta en juego y aun mas cuando en el LIDER existe una especie de "ficha criminal" con la cual te identifican y te prohíben el ingreso si fuere necesario a cualquier local.
